I'm in Australia and am just curious if this would work, what's wrong with it etc....not a gamer, fabrication engineer actually so this stuff is a learning curve..keen to play Skyrim, got into Oblivion on xbox years ago, heard PC is better to play on plus I want to download /watch movies and general internet stuff..don't have to be blown away by the graphics just would appreciate it looks good...going cheap because I'm not committed to gaming,
So if you can help that would be fantastic....
Cheers.

I would say get a caviar blue over the green if you can, for gpu if a 7850 isnt out of the price range then switch that out for the 650ti. But yes if you cant switch out anything then yes this build will work fine for what you are wanting

Blue is no problem...same price...do you think I could step down on the 6300 to go up on the gfx card? Extra $40 is the difference...and I still have to fork out for software, monitor, etc...and this might seem like a silly question, but does all this gear give me the ability to go on the internet, have sound and other things I probably haven't thought of?

then get the blue it goes green < blue < black for performance wise. The 6300 is a good cpu so i wouldnt go much farther down for the cpu. You will also have should and all that as long as your monitor has speakers otherwise you will have to use the AUX Out from the cpu which will connect to the case exterior. if you cant get the gpu then you can still stick with the card you want you will just have to play on a lower setting.
