PSU Wattage Question!

Hey, My System will be a
Fx-6300 OC to around 4.5 ghz
Asus Crosshair Formula Z
2x EVGA 760 in SLI
1- 7200rpm HDD
1- Samsung 840 SSD 120gb
5 Fans
1x140mm
4x120mm
Corsair H60
1x DvD Drive, Regular

Im Looking at a 750 watt power supply, Would i be okay with this PSU? Its By EVGA, 750B

Yups
750w is really a plenty of power. But go with better brand like corsair, sesonic and xfx. Evga is not good psu maker. With 750w psu you can sli with gtx 770.

Not your exact specs, but you should be more than fine with a 750watt PSU.

ROG boards are usually overpriced. Use the savings for a faster chip (e.g. 8350).

If you choose to stick with a three-module chip, why not get the FX-6350.

Thanks for the advice everyone, i have already bought the evga form another build so i hope i'll be all good. and i like the fx 6300 for its 95 watt power draw, the 8350 is just overkill, 8 cores and a lot more heat, i really enjoy the 6300 from another build i had built, but thankyou everyone!
