i'm looking for superior components that will last and still run smoothly on modern games for the next 5-7 years and i came up with these:

CPU:
AMD FX-6350 Vishera 3.9GHz

AMD FX-8350 Vishera 4.0GHz

Intel Core i7-4770 Haswell 3.4GHz

Intel Core i5-4670 Haswell 3.4GHz

Motherboard:
MSI Z87 MPOWER LGA 1150 Intel Z87

MSI Z87-GD65 LGA 1150 Intel Z87

ASUS Z87-PRO LGA 1150 Intel Z87

ASUS SABERTOOTH Z87 LGA 1150 Intel Z87

ASUS MAXIMUS VI HERO LGA 1150 Intel Z87

Graphics Card:
EVGA 02G-P4-2678-KR GeForce GTX 670 FTW 2GB 256-bit GDDR5

EVGA SuperClocked 02G-P4-2662-KR GeForce GTX 660 2GB 192-bit GDDR5

EVGA 02G-P4-2670-KR GeForce GTX 670 2GB 256-bit GDDR5

MSI Gaming N770 TF 2GD5/OC GeForce GTX 770 2GB 256-bit GDDR5

MSI R7970 LIGHTNING BE Radeon HD 7970 GHz Edition 3GB 384-bit GDDR5

ASUS HD7850-DC2-2GD5-V2 Radeon HD 7850 2GB 256-bit GDDR5

ASUS HD7870-DC2-2GD5-V2 Radeon HD 7870 GHz Edition 2GB 256-bit GDDR5

ASUS HD7770-2GD5 Radeon HD 7770 GHz Edition 2GB 128-bit GDDR5 PCI

If you'll notice, i only included three main components which are obviously can be seen above and the reason for that is the other components is just easy to pick and also if you'll notice, evga, msi and asus are the brands that i picked because i'm a fan and i'm aware that they are good brands but if you can recommend other brands that are good, feel free to do so. thanks! :)

Solution
first off good luck having anything be "superior" if you are listing mid class gpu. 5 Years is a long time to keep a system without having to update at all. from your listed parts i would get the 4670 and since you arent getting an unlocked CPU then you dont need a z87 mobo you would need an h87 mobo. For the gpu i would pick the 770 since it will last you the longest as in performance wise.

If your buying now then the i7 ib CPU is a better CPU with an z77 asus pro mb. The ib CPU are better over clockers. If you can wait a few months intel dropping the higher end gaming haswells. (2011 mb replacement CPUs).
And in oct amd dropping there newer gpu. if amd does what been posted the newer gpu may only be 10-15 faster then the gpu now but run cooler and lower wattage. The other bonus is it going to force nvidia drop prices on some of there gpus. If I was doing a haswell build today I uses asus pro mb your paying extra for sabertooth mb and it the same board.

yeah man its a hard fact that we have to take in that building a pc that will last that long and be able to max out is hard to accept. Just buy parts when you can and go piece by piece, i would say get the gpu last since amd will be releasing its 8xxx series in oct so they might be better than nvidia but anyway have fun man. Be sure to select best solution for anyone that has helped you. have fun man and good luck with getting your parts
