High CPU and GPU temperatures?

I have a Zalman Z11 plus case with the stock fans plus another stock fan at the top, from my old M59 Midi Tower Case, which i moved from a couple of days ago.
I used compressed air to remove dust from everything.

Front of the case is intake, back and top are exhausts. I also have a XIGMATEK SCORPION HDT-S1283 COOLER.

Room temp 26.7c + (summer)
My i72600k idles around 45-52c / Gaming 60c+

My GTX560 idles around 57-62c / Gaming 70c+

The two HDDs are at 33-38c
Left a gap between them to allow more airflow.

While playing Half life 2 today the CPU reached 65c
and the GPU 72c.

I have a Powercool 850W (was brought for me), which I'm going to replace..

ASUS P8P67-M PRO REV3

6gb ram

Could the high temps be because of the room temp or is there another reason?
Bad stock fans?

Thanks!

Does the top fan pull the air out? Or all of the fans sucking air in.

Sounds like bad air flow to me.. It's unlikely that both the gpu and cpu would have cooling issues at the same time if it wasn't bad air flow.

You'll never get lower then the room temp, but you shouldn't be 20-30 degrees hotter then room temp at idle.

*edit* and cable management... Is it restricting the air flow?

Yea the top two fans pull the air out of the case. I have pretty decent cable management in this case, you can barely see any. I also haven't done any overclocking.

Tried Prime95 and straight away the cpu temps jumped to 72c+, so I stopped it. :fou:
