Don't worry about bottlenecking. The 6670 isn't that strong and your CPU is able to keep up with it. What resolution are you running at and did you turn down the anti aliasing?

my monitor resolution is 1360 x 768 , 60 hertz
and i have tried lowest to highest possible settings in game but it on differ upto 5 fps
for fifa 800 x600 resolution
low quality
msaa off
v sync off
these low and high up to
1280 x 768 resolution
quality high and msaa 2x

as for assassins creed 2
800 x 600 post effect off every thing to lowest possible
and in high up-to highest possible
but v sync off in both
only results in 2-5 fps difference
is it possible that my pcie solt is destroyed or faulty
i changed my graphic card becuse it was overheating and almost destroyed my motherboard but i made the repairs at time so my old graphic card is only destroyed my mother board is running well

yes i disabled aa settings
also i am aware of that this graphic card should be able to play these games atleat on medium settings with great fps
and thanks in advance

You just answered your own question. The HD6670 is overheating. Get it replaced
