Well get a cheaper case. The one you chose isn't that great go with something like http://goo.gl/8gIk4 or something else then you can get the better cpu.

Get a fx 6300 which is far more performing than 965
965 was launched way back in 2010 n this fx last year its better in every sense core structure l2l3 cache ,no. Of cores and 30 more bucks but it would be worth an upgrade

My build is already $30 over the price I want. I can't add another $30 on top of that.
