Hi this is my first post.

When i play any game, for example LoL my FPS is 58-60 (Vsync) and after 5 minutes it drops to 45, then 35 and then 10, same with CSS, BF3 and all games i play. It can't be my graphics card i just upgraded it, maybe i should change my stock cooler with a better one? On idle my CPU is 30-40 celsius.

Specs: AMD FX-4100
MB: MSI 760-GM-P23(FX)
Graphics: Sapphire Radeon 7870 Ghz
RAM : Kingstone hyperX blu 4GB (2x2GB)

Sounds like overheating, possibly psu. What make/model is your psu? Run hwmonitor or gpuz to find your max gpu temp. Since you say you just upgraded your gpu it could be a driver issue. Did you remove the old driver before installing the new one?

Silver Power SP-850w bronze. I know it's too much but it was on sale.
I used driver sweeper after upgrading and my max temp is 50-60C

What's the usages like over time? Run the game windowed and watch the gpu usage. Is it low when the fps is low? Is the cpu usage high when the fps is low?

Hi!
I tried Arkham City on ultra, GPU usage was 30% and the CPU 72-90%, is this bottleneck?

Did you have vysnc on? You have to turn vsync and any type of framerate limiter off when you do this. Is the 30% max usage for the gpu?

Vsync is off, haven't seen GPU usage over 40%

Yeah sounds like that cpu is holding you back. If the overall usage is 90% then surely one or more cores is maxed out. You can buy a better HSF and learn to overclock your cpu.
