Overture Networks ISG 5100 password reset help

I have a number of the Overture Networks ISG 5100 that are password protected with something other than the default login/password of superuser. I can get into the boot config but I do not see any way within it to be able to reset the login/password back to defaults. If anyone knows how to do this and could help me with this I would be much appreciated.

I believe their support requires a support contract. I work for a company nwrusa.com that resales these products and we do not get enough of these in to justify paying for it.
