So I just recently built this rig for our small office as a fileserver. Components were researched thoroughly and purchased (minus the crap 5450 lol). However Read speeds are terrible 15-20 mb/s... I'm pretty much new to windows 2008, however if someone can point out what COULD be the issue, it will be much appreciated.
