Any help would be amazing, and feel free to tell me any improvements on specs as well. I'm open on any price range that's somewhat rational, and I'd like to avoid Water Cooling since this is my first build and I don't want to mess something up that badly. And yes, I do want to overclock someday. My specs currently are:

Memory: CORSAIR Vengeance 16GB (2 x 8GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 Desktop Memory Model CMZ16GX3M2A1600C10R

Storage's: Kingston SSDNow V300 Series SV300S37A/120G 2.5" 120GB SATA III Internal Solid State Drive (SSD) AND Western Digital WD Black WD1002FAEX 1TB 7200 RPM 64MB Cache SATA 6.0Gb/s 3.5" Internal Hard Drive

Video Card: EVGA 04G-P4-3777-KR GeForce GTX 770 4GB 256-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 SLI Support Video Card

Case: NZXT Crafted Series Phantom Black / Green Trim Steel / Plastic ATX Full Tower Computer Case

Power Supply: NZXT Crafted Series Phantom Black / Green Trim Steel / Plastic ATX Full Tower Computer Case

Optical Drive: ASUS Black 12X BD-R 2X BD-RE 16X DVD+R 12X DVD-RAM 8X BD-ROM 8MB Cache SATA Blu-ray Burner BW-12B1ST/BLK/G/AS

Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 Professional SP1 64-bit - OEM

Any help would be very much appreciated, if you notice any OEM's beside the operating system, please tell me.

First off, budget? An entry level option is the Cooler Master Hyper-212 Evo, but don't underestimate it, It can do some OCing. The best air cooling imo is the Noctua NH D14, kinda expensive but keeps things cool and quiet. (Note- it's pretty big, make sure you don't have super-massive ram sticks.) Corsair H80i is a very good watercooling option, especially in push-pull.

Thank you, I'm going with the Cooler Master Hyper-212 Evo, and I'm using Corsair Vengeance sticks.
