Need a casual gaming computer build BUDGET

Hello today i come to you with a Computer build needed, my budget is about 350 usd, however im not going for a pro comp that can play battlefield 3, i juss want a comp that can play league of legends at 40+ fps and i can watch 1080pvideos, i already have a monitor, speakers, and 3gb of ram which i dont wanna use cause its a 2gb and a 1gb and it isnt enough in my opinion, Thanks

you can use a flash drive to get windows on it. I didn't include an OS because you didn't say you needed it. Frankly i'm not sure it can be done for your price range with an OS needed. i'll go back to the drawing board and see what i can do. but i wouldn't expect a miracle.

use a usb stick for the OS, buy it off Microsoft for a download and transfer the file to a usb stick
