ASUS 7770 Crossfire Issues

Hello Guys maybe you can help me with this issue
i have already tried the fix by EVIL-Furby in this post from another topic
http://forums.steampowered.com/forums/archive/index.php...

whenever i am trying to play games via crossfire it seems to have issues where it disables the monitors then re-enables them again constantly
the issue only happens when crossfired but when i don't have crossfire enabled then the game runs fine but is too slow for the resolution

i have formatted the pc installed the latest drivers and also the beta drivers but this issue still isn't fixed

i can take a video and upload it if required to show more details but it seems rather annoying and im only gaming on 1 monitor so it isn't the issue with eyefinity

i have also removed the GPU's and re-inserted them again and issue still happens

details of rig below

MB ASUS Sabertooth 990FX
CPU AMD FX-8150 OC to 4.2Ghz (Watercooled Corsair H80)
RAM GSkill 16GB Ripjaw-Z 4GBx4
HDD 2TB Seagate
GPU 2X ASUS 7770 DirectCU 2GB
PSU 750W
Audio Soundblaster Recon 3D
Monitor is Acer S220HQL X2
OS Win 8 Enterprise

EDIT: the issue only seems to happen on some games not all
Call Of Duty seems to be the only issue i seem to be having at the moment
Need for Speed works fine

Have you checked for updated drivers, might also want to see if you can try a different PSU

Model #, there's a bunch of Ripjaws X's, is it a single pack of dram (4sticks in one single package), if the sticks came from multiple packages the advance timings could be off, also could you check your DRAM voltage and MC voltage

they was bought as 2X 4GB packs so 2X 2X4GB and i have checked all the numbers they are not the same batch as i got them a week apart from each other but all the timings are exactly the same and the DRAM voltage is set to AUTO with the sabertooth bios

EDIT
http://www.amazon.com/G-SKILL-Ripjaws-1600MHz-PC3-12800...
this is the model i have bought from local computer supplier to me and i got them within a week of each other
