I just got a sound blaster Z and noticed a slight "bzzzz" sound, When I move browser windows around my monitors it gets louder. It also gets louder when I open something like a map in video games. I have read something how it could conflict with a monitor somehow, but I lowered and increased the brightness and there was no pitch change. The headphones never did this before with the onboard audio so I am fairly sure it is the brand new Sound Card. Would a ground loop isolator fix this problem or is there anything else I can do to fix this?
