Can Win 7 bug this much?

Today when playing Max Payne 3, I got a bluescreen on my all new Ivy brige system.. 3770k was at 60 - 70 degrees and 670 was at the stable 80.. A friend told me it was Windows 7, that bugged.. Is that right? My cpu is 2 weeks old, and the GPU is 7 months

I don't think it's windows.

What your bsod dump file ?

Temps are fine.

Maybe check you hard drive with hard disk sentinel
