Internet keeps going in and out

Hello, so this morning my power went out, and for some reason now my wifi will be for a minute and then it will go down and it keeps doing that, is there anything I can do to fix? Or will I need a new router/modem? (btw I tried resetting the router and modem and it didnt help)

It is possible the brown out/blackout has damaged the router.
If you don't have one I suggest getting a surge suppressor at the very least or optimally an uninterruptible power supply/battery backup.

To troubleshoot, unplug the modem, router, and any devices connected to the router, for at least 60 seconds.
Then plug them in systematically, starting with the modem, and let it cycle through before plugging in the router, let it cycle through before turning on the devices that connect to it.
