Enhancing Intel Integrated GMA 3650 Graphics

My recently acquired, and unchangeable, HP Envy X2 11t-g010 Hybrid Tablet-PC is a very restricted system in terms of gaming capability. I have not had one satisfying experience with even low-end games, such as Minecraft, Garry's Mod, or Team Fortress 2.

Unfortunately, the predicament lies in the Intel Integrated GMA 3650 Graphics, not my Intel Atom Z2760 @ 1.8GHz. As previously stated, this is a Tablet-PC and thus tampering with any internal hardware is impossible: only external modifications or software enhancements can be made. I currently have an open question regarding the possibility of an eGPU for the laptop,

but I have no insight on any potential software enhancements I could make to improve the performance of my GPU with games such as:
1. Garry's Mod
2. Half-Life 2: Deathmatch
3. Minecraft
4. Team Fortress 2
5. Counter-Strike: Source
6. Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas (if possible)

If anyone could give me a recommendation as to how I should improve my experience with the aforementioned games, it would be greatly appreciated!

ADDITIONAL:

HP Envy X2 11t-g010 Specifications:
1. Intel Atom Z2760 @ 1.8GHz
2. Intel Integrated GMA 3650 Graphics
3. 2 GB DDR2 RAM @ 533 MHz
4. 64 GB SSD
5. 1366 x 768 Resolution Touchscreen Display
6. Windows 8 - 32 Bit (DirectX 9)

I am willing to run all games on the lowest graphics settings.

If you want to be really innovative get a 15 hp mower engine and you'll be going like 70 mph. Forewarning though, go to a bikeshop and get ALL of the components replaced with high quality parts. I also suggest getting a good Mountain Bike Frame as they're usually the sturdiest. The last thing you want is the frame cracking on you while you're riding. If you go to a junkyard you...

Is there a USB 2.0 to PCI-e converter available for laptops (if it would function properly)? If so, where could I buy one? The X2 also has an HDMI slot, if needed.

If you must know, the computer was a gift, but I do not see how that is even relevant to this question. . . I said that the computer was unchangeable.

HDMI has a significantly higher bit-rate, 10.2 Gbps (assuming three TMDS channels in my cable), ... would a converter from HDMI to PCI-e not be more efficient than a USB converter (providing that it actually works)?

I would also like to bring up another possibility. In order to install an eGPU with my laptop via Monitor, a PCI-e port is needed. Yet, this is a Tablet PC and can be disconnected from the Keyboard (all ports are in the Keyboard). Is there any customization options or replacement options for this keyboard that support both PCI-e and my HP Envy X2 tablet?

I also suggest getting a good Mountain Bike Frame as they're usually the sturdiest. The last thing you want is the frame cracking on you while you're riding. If you go to a junkyard you could get small low horsepower engines, for cheap. Like $20. If you have the tools to fashion a mount, it should be easy enough. Also, go for disc brakes (probably mountain bike ones) as the regular brakes 1) wear out quickly and 2) won't be able to stop you quickly when you're going 40 mph +

It's a fun thing to do, but beware, it can be dangerous and I believe you may need a plate depending on where you are
