I have already purchased a Radeon HD 7770, which sets a minimum requirement of 400 watts.

I did not know my own PC, an Acer Aspire X3910, was only capable of 220 watts.

How much stress will this place on my PSU? Should I even use this graphics card? I wasted a lot of money on this upgrade before I knew of this.

ya the specs is enough :) , so you have to upgrade the PSU to be able to use you GPU and that you can play most of the decent games @ low - mid setting with no lag

( feel free to chose the best answer :D )

Is this ok to do to a smaller PC? How much do you think it would cost to upgrade my PSU? I thought of this before but heard its simpler to just purchase a newer PC better for gaming, which I cant really afford to do.

Thank You!

Processor: Pentium (R) Dual-core CPU E5700 @3.00 GHz
Installed RAM: 4GB
System type: 64-bit operating system
Memory: 4096 MB RAM
DirectX Version: DirectX 11

Is this enough info on specs? I'm horrible with computers, I apologize.
