So I grabbed my parent's pre-built computer, and it has an AMD Phenom II X4 830. I was thinking of replacing the Power Supply and adding a GPU on it, so I can start playing some video games. What's the best graphics card can this processor handle? How do you figure stuff like this out? If you need to know what the computer is, It's an HP-Pavillion P6540F.

No more than GTX 560ti. But for games that aren't as CPU intensive you may see some benefit from going up to GTX 660 or HD 7850. Any higher, you'll see performance/price drop drastically.
