I have the corsair CMZ324x1600c10 ram installed in my computer, overclocked the 3930k to 4.675 GHZ and when opening up CPU-Z checking my overclock and the DRAM frequency is 863MHz! I am at about half the ram speed, I want either full overclock for 24 hour use or the standard speed. Please help, Thank you guys a lot.

Solution
DDR3-1600
Memory clock (MHz): 200
I/O bus clock (MHz): 800
Data rate (MT/s): 1600

The 863 MHz shown by CPU-Z is the I/O bus clock speed. Your data rate is 1726 MT/s. This means that your DRAM is already being overclocked.

That's normal. DDR stands for Double Data Rate which means that the IO bus transfers data twice for every bus clock cycle. DDR3-1600 has an IO bus clock of 800Mhz and a core memory clock of 200Mhz.
