When I check my hard disk drives, my seagate barracuda did not show up. I realize that the sata cable I am using must be plugged into the 6gb sata connector. But my SSD is already on it.

I was wondering if any problems will occur if I switch the sata locations of the two storages.

Please note that my SSD is able to run on a 3gb sata connector and I only have 1 6gb connector on my mobo.
