Best H87 Motherboard

Hi Guys,
I was wondering on your opinion of what the best H87 Motherboard is- no matter what the price. I am going to use this with an I5 4670 processor so I will not be overclocking at all.

They are both very similar, the Rock has a newer audio and Lan chipsets, HDMI in, more USB and more USB headers.....think that Asus mobo has 8 channel audio compared to the Rocks 7.1 but not positive

In reality asus and asrock are the same manufacturer. The boards layouts ara nearly identical.

asrock: 8 phase power, beter audio chip, separeate opamp audio, loop through hdmi.
Asus: 6 phase power, display port.

I bought the h87pro for three digital monitor conections, and displayport

In REALITY, ASRock started as an offshoot of Asus, years back, but broke away and has been an independent company for years now....and basically with any mobo chipset all mobos from all manufacturers use the same basic reference design, then add on things like additional ports, slots etc andd tweak the base reference design
