Skyrim Resolution Issues

I searched google for pages and couldn't find anything pertaining to my particular problem. In the Options menu, Skyrim has suddenly refused to show any resolutions despite having 3 1920x1080 monitors and a 7970. All I did between playing it 30 minutes ago and now was delete all Nvidia files on my programs and features menu in the control panel. It's as if Radeon doesn't work without Nvidia... Which I highly doubt...

Anyways, it works perfectly fine in Windowed mode but... I wants my fullscreen.

Did you install the AMD Catalyst driver suite?

If so, you will need to create a display group so that all 3 of your monitors can be driven through Eyefinity.

Eyefinity isn't the issue, as I properly set that up a few days ago. My drivers are up to date but i'm unable to set AA or antitropsic filtering when in windowed mode either.

Honestly, I'm unable to do anything at this point. I've reinstalled Skyrim to no avail. I'm going to try downloading Nvidia's drivers again... maybe my computer fell in love and can't bear to part with them?

EDIT: Nevermind... it won't let me install without a Nvidia card... No reunited love tonight.

I would download Driver Sweeper and delete ALL drivers\files pertaining to both NVidia and AMD. Do this while in Safe Mode. Then reinstall AMD drivers and see if that fixes the problem. Could be drivers conflicting with one another.

Thanks, after some trial and error, Driver Sweeper did the job. I'm playing skyrim in 1080p at full Ultra with solid 60fps.
