it will run Your setup i believe.. About reliability.. Well ton's of articles, any unbranded/unknown PSU has a risk of failure that can lead to failure of other hardware, mobo for example. I think branded PSUs also have such risk, but maybe they just do more effort not to fail, and not to burn anything else in case o failure.

To take the risk or not, that is the question :)

Ya it is the same... on the sticker it is written 280W and the recommended power for HD6670 is 400W.... Will it able to handle it???
I've intel dual core 2.7 GHz processor , 2Gb ram, ,, my mobo is msi-ms7529, PCI Express 16 slot ..
