Suggest Me SMPS Rating.

I am in a process of building PC for Graphic Design (GD) and Web Design (WD).
Please suggest me SMPS rating. I will prefer Cooler Master SMPS.
Following will be my configuration.

AMD 8350
NVIDIA 610 Graphic Card
1TB X 2 HDD
HP DVD Writer
4GB X 2 Corsair Vengeance (1600 MHz)

Am from India.

I hv 2 power supplies that were chosen on the basis that even if u upgrade anything in future these would not let u down

Your pc requires a 450w psu with 40a current in +12v rail

If u live in delhi then i have

Option 3 my personal used 500w 80plus bronze power supply for rs 2500
Hardly used it for 2 months if u r intrested i can mail u piks
