I have a Acer T630

CPU: Intel Pentium 4 540J
GPU: GeForce 8600 GT
MOBO: GRS400M
RAM: 2GB DDR2 Team Group Elite 667

And I was wondering what a good GPU upgrade would be for this old system so that I could play some more demanding games

Can anybody make a suggestion?

well, the best gpu you SHOULD get without wasting money is an HD 7770. you should upgrade the whole system too. modern games will struggle in your system even in low settings.

any card higher than an hd7770 would be a waste of money because of bottlenecking.
Radeon 6670/7750 or a GTX 650.

Higher performing GPUs will suffer from a huge bottleneck, even these GPUs will suffer from bottlenecking, but they're still the best option you got for a proper GPU that isn't breaking the bank or getting bottlenecked too much.

Thanks, I was also thinking about those GPU's but I needed some opinions

This was just a old PC that I wanted to upgrade but I also have a laptop that I use for other things
