Corsair H100i Fan not working properly?

So I had 37'c before I oc'd my cpu. But since I oc'd my i7 3770k up to 4.5ghz, it has been running at about 60 - 75'c. I'm not sure if it's supposed to be like that or I should replace the stock fans of my case.

Edit: I set my power options in control panel to balance, if not it goes up to 80'c.

the h100i if you connect the corsair link cable to your mb and install the software should allow you to alter the fan and pump profiles.
