Depending on the cost in your area, a Radeon 7770 will fit right into your budget and will match your CPU well. An nVidia 650 Ti is faster, and may be OK with your CPU but is about $30 more expensive and may be bottlenecked by your CPU.

If the 7770 is out of your price range, 7750 is the next one to get.

1gb will be plenty unless there is very little price differrence, for brand, pick a couple and look up reviews from customers. www.newegg.com has good customer feedback for lots of models.

i am not very familiar with powercolor but asus and saphire are well established brands, you can't go wrong with either. as for the higher vram options. for the vast majority of games of this generation (ps3, xbox 360) the games do not take advantage of the higher vram. the only difference is if you are playing at resolutions higher than 1920x1080. if not then the 1gb option should be sufficient. also i should maybe point out that the next generation of consoles (ps4/xbox 1) are designed in such a way that the higher vram will matter more in the future. also if i am not mistaken the 7750 is very close to what is actually in the ps4. so theoretically if you get the 7750 with the higher vram you are basically fairly close to the specs of the ps4 and should be able to run any ps4 game at least on low setting with decent framerates. that could mean a future proofing of 4-5 years or maybe even a lot more if the length of the current generation is anything to go by (going on 7 years now). given that kind of longevity maybe the extra cost of the higher vram variants is worth the money. also i should point out i am not an expert on hardware and the whole higher vram=future proofing is based on what i have heard other people smarter than i say about it. take my opinions with a grain of salt

I would go with the 7750 with the 1 gig of RAM, I did not even know they made a 7750 with 4 gig of RAM, it may be a typo. The PowerColor card has faster memory and will be a faster card.
