See I have a GTX 670 and I want a cooling option to get it cooler. My house gets a bit hot sometimes. I have looked into Arctic Accelero models and it seems like they're all permanent I am not sure about their Arctic Accelero Twin Turbo for sure but I would like to think it is too since the rest are. I just want something will keep my card cooler while not having to be a permanent install either. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

In the reviews for the Arctic Accelero extreme III it mentions its permanent right here on tomshardware and it mentions and adhesive glue not a regular thermal paste solution which is my concern really. Basically this means I can't remove it in the future. I guess I don't quite understand what you mean if it is not permanent then why does it state this every where I check a review, could you please clarify?

Yea the Arctic Accelero Hybrid is also permanent and still pricey even though Newegg dropped it to 90 its still a crazy difficult install according to pc building veterans even. Plus again its permanent dang arctic LOL! Yes you're right I could consider a CLC but that's pretty darn expensive and requires a ton of attention and some upkeep after like coolant and such its a real pain if I had the money and the time I would but its just not a logical option for my right now thanks anyhow maybe someone will have have experience with something not so pemanet with a decent price air or liquid I wouldn't care just affordable and non-permanent!
