Ok, my pc won't start because the blue screen appears before the windows splashing screen, it's the same in the safe mode, last known good configuration and I think this cause the problem.
I did the method 1 and I add the TrdDelay thing and now I want to delete it using command prompt in the windows start up repair because I can't restore my computer, the restore point is deleted, so what to I type in command prompt? sorry for bad english :3

the microsoft fix it? no, I can't cause I can't open my pc
I just want to delete the TdrDelay that I created which is located in here HKLM\System\CurrentControlSet\Control\GraphicsDrivers
