I need help improving my gaming pc build. I did not want to pass $850 but I have to when the price of Windows 7 is added. This is the build so far http://pcpartpicker.com/user/krankypenguin/saved/1YIC

Is there anyway I can save money on buying less expensive parts so I have enough money to buy Windows 7?

Not really saving you money, just making the build feasible here. With the Hyper 212 Evo, you'll need lower profile RAM. Try this: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820233366

Could also swap out your board for this one which saves you $45. Still a good board, especially as it's only a budget build: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813157394
