Is Kontakt Printed Circuit Cleaner good to remove thermal paste?

I was searching to buy denatured alcohol. Unfortunately I couldn't find anyone to ship this alcohol to my country. To make things worse I even didn't find anyone that sell this alcohol in my country.

When I went to a shop to ask for denatured alcohol and he told me that he doesn't have any, he offered me a Kontakt Printed Circuit Cleaner (PCC). He told that it was also good but I'm not sure of it.

So what's your opinion? Is it really true that this product is good to remove thermal paste from my CPU and the heatsink?

Link of the product: http://www.gemalta.com/aerosol-kontakt-pcc-200ml.html

Thanks in advance.

Isopropyl Alcohol:
At least 70% is needed, 90% if possible. This can be purchased from almost every pharmacy and supermarket

Thanks for your reply. I heard about Isopropyl Alcohol but I already bought the product (Kontakt PCC). So do you think it's good?

When using Kontakt PCC you need to make sure that it doesn't com in contact with any plastic objects because the solvents in that cleaner will damage plastic parts.
