I'm looking in to getting a new desktop computer with a main focus of gaming. I have chosen this build with all of my knowledge but would like a second look from someone who knows their stuff. Opinions/suggestions welcome.

ALL PARTS HAVE BEEN FOUND THROUGH "Newegg.com"

Solution
The parts are compatible.

GPU - If you want Nvidia, then I would use a GTX 770. It will perform better than the 670 you selected and is less expensive. The 4gb versions of either of those cards are largely unnecessary. There are extremely few situations when a 670/680 or 770 will need more than 2gb of vram. Even in a very high resolution multi-monitor gaming rig, the 2gb versions should work just fine.

PSU - I assume you are planning to eventually put two GPU cards in SLI (that is the only reason to get anything higher than a quality 500w PSU). If that wasn't your plan, then just get a quality 500w PSU. Anyway, good luck and have fun!

Thank you very much for the response! I took your suggestion and upgraded to a 770 video card. And yes, I do plan on further upgrades, but should I stay with the 800w or go to a 1000w just in case? Also, should I invest in some after-market heatsinks/fans?
