Ok, so i've never really played pc games but a buddy of mine wants me to play the DayZ mod for Arma II with him. So, my question is : Should I upgrade my current system, or build a new system. I have $300 to spend.
I currently have :

AMD Phenom x4 9550 Quad-Core @ 2.20
ASRock A785GM-LE
4Gb DDR2 800
XFX GeForce 210 1GB 64-bit DDR3 PCI Express 2.0 x16

Please advise on what to do, I think all i need is a better graphics card, but i dont want to lag and jump around on the screen. I want a very smooth gameplay. Also, if you could please tell me spefic parts so i can go to newegg and buy them. Also, if your recommending a new build..I will not need to buy the OS, dvd drive, or HDD.

Thanks for any and all help!!

That depends on the age of your computer and what you want to do with it. If you want to get into gaming you had better just upgrade your graphics card. nVidea makes a wide selection of cards. If you contact them and tell them what you have now for a computer, they will go out of their way to assist you in getting the card you need at a very reasonable price. Good Gaming! I believe with the components you now have that upgrading your card will be more than sufficient.
