I would like to get at least 50 fps on LoL but have never been above 11

I dont understand why I cant get more than 11 fps on LoL. I have researched RAM and many other things that could possibly increase fps. According to the research I have done, I have no explanation as to why I only get between 5-11 fps. That just seems ridiculously low. It is the same on my 4-5 year old Dell as it is on my new Samsung with AMD Radeon graphics, 4GB RAM.

Need full system specs, video card and CPU model. System RAM does not have much bearing on games unless it's 1 or 2 gig and you are playing a demanding game. Even then I'd take a faster CPU and video card over 2 more gig of RAM if I had a pick between 2 and 4 gig.

Do you play with the laptop unpluged? If you do, plug it in and check things. You need more...

Do you play with the laptop unpluged? If you do, plug it in and check things. You need more things to compare than just the age of the laptop, speed of the components is a lot more important. It's like saying my new Toyota Camry is slower than my 5 year old Corvette.
