Next Gen Upgrades?

My current build is:

HIS Radeon HD 7850 2gb GDDR5,
ASRock 970 Extreme3,
Thermaltake 675W,
AMD Fx-4170 4-Core-4.2Ghz-12.0MB Cache-stock heatsink,
G.SKILL Ares Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 1600,

Now I want to upgrade my PC for next gen gaming. This PC is just for gaming, (no other significant software usage). My budget is about $500. I was thinking about these options:

Option 1.:
Cpu: Intel I5-4670k ($250)
Mobo: MSI z87-G41 ($100)
OS: Win 7 ($100)
GPU: Wont be able to afford.

This ISN'T the preferred option because I have AMD parts with a Windows 7 OEM so changing Mobo means buying windows 7.

Option 2.:
Cpu: Fx-8350 ($200)
Liquid cooling ($100)
GPU: Radeon HD 7870 ($200)

I would crossfire the Radeon HD 7850 and the Radeon HD 7870. Is crossfire worth is?

Option 3.:
Cpu: Fx-9340 ($350)
Liquid cooling ($100)
Gpu: Wont be able to afford

Which option do you think works the best? or do none of them seem good? I wont be buying till later this year (oct-dec), should i just wait to see whats the new hardware is like? Do you think $500 will be enough in upgrades to play next gen games decently? Sorry for all the questions just getting worried about whether or not to go back to consoles(because of price), would love to stay with PC, just hope I can afford it. Also sorry if you guys see these questions a lot! Thank you for any info or opinions! Have a nice day :)

Ok. What do you think is more important; Upgrading the Cpu or Gpu?
