We would need to know the exact model of the PSU.
The 3770k is a 77 watt part
The gtx770 can draw 190.
Figure 50 for the board, ram, drives and fans, and your at about. 510 watts. But that's not the whole story. You need to make sure the PSU can put out enough amperage.
510watts / 12volts = 42 amps. Check the label on the side of the PSU if the combined 12 volt rails are rated for 42 amps or more you should be ok.

Check this out, they tested a similar system.

I found another review that states the GTX770 can draw up to 240 watts.
So that would put it closer to 610 watts /12 volts = 51 amps.
That antec has 2 12 volt rails each good for 38 amps with a combined amperage of 54. I think that is cutting it close.

I might opt for a larger model like a 700-800 just for the extra breathing room. I do believe this PSU will work though, as Antec's are normally very good quality.

:edit: the more I think about the more I think you should get a bigger PSU. It would be a shame to damage $800 worth of GPUs or your board or cpu due to a PSU that costs less than $100.
