hey there people at Tom's

I have been have some problems recently. Randomly while I was watching a twitch video I had random sounds of a USB device being unplugged and then being plugged back in, this happened a few times and then my PC blue screens. I then did a system restore and it didn't seem to happen, but then while I was coding in Eclipse for Android with my Android phone plugged in on debug mode, the USB sounds repeated, and once again I got blue screen. So now at the moment I have not has a blue screen again but I do keep getting random USB sounds, I have disabled my wireless card device as I don't use it anymore, but I have had some USB sounds, but that was only when I was watching a twitch video. I know it isn't really much to go on. but any help would be awesome. Also I did a windows solution on my Windows 7 PC, but it didn't do much but only state this

Problem: Video hardware error
Files that help describe the problem:
WD-20130630-2216.dmp
sysdata.xml
WERInternalMetadata.xml
View a temporary copy of these files
Warning: If a virus or other security threat caused the problem, opening a copy of the files could harm your computer.

I did check my Radeon HD 5670 graphics card drivers and it seems I am up to date. Just thinking, at the moment it is very hot in England ( believe it :p ) and I was thinking could the random USB sounds and blue screens be to do with the heat? I mean should I give my PC a good clean with the hover? Would that help? If anyone feels they can help that would be awesome.

Ben

P.S. I am running on Windows 7 64-bit

Please go to this page:
http://www.asrock.com/mb/AMD/M3A785GMH128M/?cat=Download&os=Win764

And download the AMD all in 1 driver ver:8.631_W7_logo. These are your chipset drivers.

If you are still having issues, try updating your BIOS. Follow the instructions very carefully.

Post back on this thread with your results. :)

EDIT: After seeing your specs, I don't think the temperatures are causing the problem. Just in case, though, keep an eye on the temperatures using Speedfan:

Just cleaned my computer and the temps are this

CPU 39C
GPU 44C

It does seem a bit high, but I am sure they have been this for some time now (a year or even two)
I will give the drivers an update, also the BIOS drivers, I have them already :) I needed to update it for it to work correctly with my CPU

So you updated your BIOS already, cool. Just make sure it's BIOS version 1.50, the latest version (2010).

Let us know if your problem is fixed with the chipset drivers.

Those temps seem relatively high, but with the stock CPU cooler, it's not absurd.
