Which LAN port to use?

My motherboard has dual LAN ports. One apparently is from a Realtek LAN chip and one from the Intel processor. They are both 10/100/1000
1) Which one do I use for my normal internet connection?
2) Does it matter?
3) Does the on-die LAN require a separate driver like the Realtek does?

You're almost certainly fine to use either.

It is this one: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

Either port will be fine. Any drivers needed for the Intel will be on the CD that comes with the motherboard.
