Final Build Tips (About to Purchase)

This is my first time building a PC, Is that case builder friendly? I dont want it to be hard.

Also, should i get a CPU Cooler?

Any other tips comments or concerns are appreciated, thank you!

It all looks good, you could probably go with a cheaper GPU, that is a very high end one... and also i would recommend this case as it is nice and builder friendly, has lots of space, and everything you could need... LED's, fan controllers, usb 3.0, ect.

Your choices look good.
And yes, the Corsair 200R is a great case to work on.

At that price, have you considered going with an Intel build?
