We've purchased a HD5450 video card to work in an HP Compaq dc5700 small form factor computer with a 240w power supply. We've installed the card with no input on the monitor/tv we are connecting to the computer. Does that mean the card won't work on our older computer or do we need to upgrade the power supply?
