Want some feedback about my upgrade:

Current Specs (that I want to upgrade from):

AMD Athlon II X4 (3.0ghz)
4gb of DDR3 (1066 OR 1333mhz, not sure)
AMD Radeon HD 4200 (integrated)
(I'm not upgrading anything else, so it doesn't matter.)

Upgrade Specs:

AMD Phenom II X4 965 (3.4ghz)
Adding 8gb of DDR3 (1333mhz) to make a total of 12gb of RAM.
AMD Radeon HD 7750 2GB

Seem like a solid build?
This is a pre-built system (HP Pavilion p6710f) and I'm just upgrading it so I can hold out longer to get my new system around New Years.

Hey guys! Thanks for your input! FYI, my PC is so old, it can't support 1600mhz RAM...
Also, thanks for the 7770 and 7750 info! I didn't realize it was THAT CHEAP from one to the other (it was $2 for the cards I was choosing on Amazon...LOL!)

Thanks again for the info!

Solution
That would be a good upgrade to keep you held over until a new system. Im running both of those in my system so for just an upgrade it would be good. You will have to replace that card later.
i would go with the 7770 over the 7750 as the pricing is so close thats about it, and 1600mhz ram. Also not sure if going to the phenom from the athlon is worth the money, it is better but not a terrible idea as long as its cheap then what u want is great the 7750 is way better than integrated lol and anything over 4gb ram is better
