I see the six cables, three for A and three for B, for the front fan controllers, but where do I plug them so they'll control my 4 case fans?

You can connect the rear and top fans 3pin molex into A ( up to 3) for example , the front and side fans 3pin molex into B ( up to 3), so that you can control them separately, and there are two 4pin molex that you need connect them to PSU.

Keep in mind you need connect the rear and top fans in one group, and front and side in one group so that you can better cooling.
