Metro 2033 stuttering

I don't get why the game ONLY stutters when I rotate the camera (looking left or right) because I get 60 locked fps all the time dropping only to a minimum of 40 fps.

Rig:
i5 3470
gigabyte b75 mobo
2x4 gb Crucial
evga gtx 760
seagate barracuda 500 gb hdd
xfx core pro edition 550W


playing at (geforce experience recommended settings):
Resolution: 1920x1080
Quality: High
Advanced DOF: off
Advanced PhysX: off
AA: 4x MSAA
DirectX : DX 11
Tesselation: on
Texture Filtering: AF 16x

that means your gpu is bottlenecking. and the cause of your stuttering. you'll need to turn graphic settings down and/or overclock the gpu to fix the problem. only benchers play metro with AAx4, turn that down, should fix the problem.
