I'm not that smart when it comes to PSU's but I do know some. What my question is, will an Evga 650 ti boost 2g run on my TR2 Thermaltake 430w dual rail (35 amps total) PSU? My current graphic card is the BFG 8800gt 512mb. I'm able to use it and play most current games on low with no stutters on my PSU. The 650 ti boost 2g only has 110 TDP while the 8800gt 512mb has a TDP of 105. Should I be ok with my current power supply? 35 amps is more than enough for the 650 ti boost, and it only has a 5% more TDP than my current card.

Also I have heard good things and bad things about this PSU, so im kind stuck on it.

I got another question- I see the the 650 ti boost 2g has a 110 TDP and my CPU (Phenom ii x4 965) uses 125 watts at the maximum. So that would give 195 watts to my HDD, mobo, and fans. That should mean that the PSU would be good right?

Most psus dont output that much power all the time, they are rated that high but use less. To answer it simply yes it should run on that. The only problem I see is the older TR2 model psus arent the greatest quality, but they are still up there. The new TR2 models (why its the same name is beyond me) are better. You should be able to power everything off that, but if you have an older model then you might be better off buying a psu from seasonic or antec/corsair.
