the msi one has wireless which would be nice to have so i wouldn't need to use the pci e slot card. but i at the most looking for which one has the best performance and quality.
Any idea which MB i should get? I will do some overclocking at some point so the one that is a better overclock would be best.
these are the list of parts im gonna get as they go on sale. .

Intel Core i7-4770K Haswell 3.5GHz
COOLER MASTER HAF 912
CORSAIR Enthusiast Series TX850M 850W
CORSAIR Hydro Series H100i Water Cooler
Seagate 3 TB 7200 (already have)
corsair 16 GB CAS 7 1600MHZ (already have)
SAMSUNG 840 Series MZ-7TD120BW 2.5" 120GB SATA III SSD
Sapphire 7970 GHz edition 3 GB (already have) (I will get another card but one thats dual slot)
Asus wireless adapter (already have)
Asus DSX 7.1 sound card (already have)

Solution
Of the choices, teh Sabertooth is the way to go - don't let the DRAM limitation of 1866 fool you, I've built a couple of these and ran 2400/32GB on them, great mobo!

yea i dont know why they list the over clocks for the memory for some and not others when overclocking for memory isnt much of a performance increase
