GTX 670 bizzare rendering issue?

Check these pictures out, is this 'normal' rendering? Can I ignore the issue? (since I've returned it about 10 times with problems) I'm going to wait until around December -is this fine? or am I being too picky?










It might be harder to see (but its very apparent ingame) while underwater (and underwater only) I see these circules/ovals that are 'frozen' on my screen. Why is this happening? I have somthing similar (but worse) in Just Cause 2 happening but only at night.

Only ingame, this NEVER happens outside (on the internet/using any other program)

Are these normal for Guildwars 2? I was told by 'Computer Avenue' its normal and done purposely.

No its on the side in the middle on both the left and right sides. It looks like this ((( ))))

Here are more images:





Check the top left and right hand corners. You can see a 'wavy' oval

If you see it there its also in the center. It looks like this ( ( ( ( ) ) ) ) ) ) ) -this is basically its chap but it covers the entire screen.
