Do you guys think this build can play steam games on 1280 x 720 resolution on high medium settings with as turned off? With at least 50+ fps? I don't like bottle necking so yeah. If you already don't know, it will be used to play mostly steam games.

Besides gaming, I'll also be using YouTube most the time.

That should perform very well, even at 1080p, with 60+ fps in most modern games at medium to high settings. Not a bad choice of PSU, but if you can squeeze it, get something from Antec, Seasonic, or XFX.
