just built a pc - black screen no signal please help

i just finished building my first pc and installed windows and everything was working but when i tried to install some audio drivers it prompted me to restart so i did and now the windows loading screen pops up but then it says no signal and black screens please help i'm really scared that i fucked something up

the computer is still running but there is nothing on the screen at all it restarted earlier for windows updates and was fine

i think the bios is set to boot off of the hard drive like it should be but i'll double check

Boot into safe mode. Do you get a display?

On new mb with gpu the onboard video may be the main video card or the gpu. If you have the video cable on the wrong port it go black when windows loads. In the bios under primary display set it to peg and put your video cable on the gpu.

Uninstall the graphics drivers and then try to reboot in normal mode.

i think i might have installed some intel vga driver on accident could that be what's doing this?

i don't think i installed that either i don't see it anywhere i'm in safe mode with networking i have no idea what i should do

Look in add-remove programs. Scroll down if you see MVP software uninstall it,it made to bond ipgpu to gpu. Scroll and look for intel video drivers or video chipset. It may say 2 or 3 gen driver. When you reboot hit del key go into the bios go to primary display option set it to peg. Under that turn off multi monitor support to turn off the ipgpu. Reboot with the video cable on the gpu.
