possible airflow problem?

Solution
it depends how efficient and maintained (cable bird nests management) the case is at dispersing air.

If the case is reasonably clean of cables and air has ease of passage and the case has a good intake/exhaust setup, having a bottom mounted psu sucking air is not going to matter.

Cpus and Gpus do get hot, but that's on the die level which is pretty shielded and what is dispersed outward through the heat sink and out the fans is not hot enough to do any electronic damage. Just so long air is moving and not sitting, cooking the case all is fine, even with a non blower gpu dispersing air inside the case.

I have a similar setup in my sig, i put my hand over the psu & exhaust fans under load and its pretty cool.
