I recently ran into a problem with my 680, everything was working fine a few days ago, but today suddenly while playing a game the frame rate started to drop drastically until it was unplayable. I rebooted my computer multiple times, and the same thing happened afterwards after running any benchmark. At first the card performs normally, and then it gradually performs less and less. If for example I run only the first scene in a benchmark, right at the start ill get 30-35fps. On second try ill get 25-30fps, third try 10-15fps, and then it just remains performing at ~15fps. (Might be worth noting that during these tests, the display driver never crashes.)

I system restored to a restore point from last week, but the problem is still there. I uninstalled the drivers completely, and re installed the last 2 official nvidia drivers and both give me the same issue. Lastly, I've checked the frequencies and voltage on the card and its all working properly.

I'm hoping someone has an idea of whats going on, thanks ahead of time for the replies ~
